Alan and Mandy from my comic, ClockJumpers, which is about a dinosaur who polices time and his partner... and girl trouble.
The text underneath them is latin. I'm not sure what it says exactly... I used an online translator which I'm pretty sure was wrong, but it's intended to say perfect timing.
I have a feeling it says something like appropriately timid, though.
